This book (volume 2) of Optimization of the Goma Airport Storage Depot Logistics Chain of SEP CONGO builds on diagnostic work by moving from qualitative analysis to quantitative measurement. Covering 2019-2022, it uses data extraction, cleaning, cycle counts, time‑and‑motion studies, and descriptive statistics to quantify operational dysfunctions. By analyzing key performance indicators-total lead time (receiving → picking → shipping), inventory accuracy, occupancy rate, and cost per movement-this volume tests hypothesis H2 and shows how weaknesses affect efficiency, service quality, and performance over time. The findings, based on rigorous documentation and source triangulation, aim to give SEP CONGO an evidence‑based assessment and to inform a practical improvement plan in Volume 3. Dedicated to my mother, Wivine SHAMAVU NABIDERWA, whose support guided this work.
