Konfrontation ist die Aktivität, bei der die Subjekte ihre eigene Arbeit zum Gegenstand der Reflexion oder des reflektierenden Lernens machen. Das Ziel unserer Studie war es, die Rolle der reflektierenden Aktivität bei der Gruppenkonfrontation im Gebärsaal anhand des Feedbacks der Lernenden und des Moderators zu untersuchen. Die Allokonfrontation wurde mit 17 Assistenzärzten und Praktikanten anhand von Videoaufnahmen durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse der ersten und zweiten Sitzung wurden nach der Nachbesprechung verglichen. Die Dauer der Videos während einer Sitzung betrug im Durchschnitt 942 Sekunden, und der Unterschied bei den Lernenden, die die Dauer der Videos als unangemessen empfanden, war nicht signifikant.
