La confrontation est l’activité par laquelle des sujets prennent leur propre travail comme objet de réflexion, ou apprentissage réflexif. L’objectif de notre étude était d’étudier le rôle de l’activité de réflexion issue de l’allo-confrontation collective en salle de naissance à travers les commentaires des apprenants et du facilitateur. L’allo-confrontation a été réalisée auprès de 17 apprenants résidents et internes grâce à des enregistrements vidéo. Les résultats de la première et deuxième séance ont été comparées après débriefing. La durée des vidéos durant une séance était en moyenne de 942 secondes et la différence des apprenants trouvant la durée des vidéos inadéquates n’était pas significative.
