Der Autor wurde durch den Fund von alten Jahresberichten im Archiv der Fachakademie für Sozialpädagogik Dillingen des Schulwerks der Diözese Augsburg und der derzeitigen (2023) aktuellen Weltlage zur Veröffentlichung des Buchs 'Zeitfragmente' inspiriert. Der Leser findet im Buch Zitate aus Jahresberichten von 1929 bis 1950 der Kindergärtnerinnenausbildung des ehemaligen Kindergärtnerinnenseminars der Franziskanerinnen in Dillingen a.d.Donau. Die Zitate werden in das damalige geschichtliche Zeitgeschehen eingebettet und kommentiert. Im Vorwort zum Buch bezieht der Autor den Krieg in der Ukraine mit ein und vergleicht das aktuelle mit dem vergangenen Zeitgeschehen. Die Veröffentlichung ist ein Beitrag zum 110jährigen Bestehen der St. Bonaventura Fachakademie für Sozialpädagogik Dillingen des Schulwerks der Diözese Augsburg im Mai 2023.Mit dem Buchtitel 'Zeitfragmente' soll verdeutlicht werden, dass es sich um historische Bruchstücke handelt, die keinen Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit erheben.
