Toyed and Tormented is a book about the persecution and torment of being played and toyed with at the hands of a greedy and corrupt set of organizations depriving a man by force of his own civil liberties. The book is a true-life account of how the United States Government Social Security Administration in Bangor, Maine and Kennebec Behavioral Health of Waterville, Maine forcibly removed my personal rights appointing a representative payee when I hold a master’s degree in business administration and management being capable of doing the books of Fortune 500 companies. The book is about the trials and tribulations of one lone man trying to buck a corrupt system to retake control of his own civil liberties.
