The Dumb Cops is a story about the experience that the author had living temporarily in Miami, Florida. The author was cast into homelessness due to unforeseen circumstances. Due to being homeless and cast out on the streets the author sought the only refuge living at the Miami International Airport. The homeless man avoiding police detection by changing out his clothes every day when shift changed for the Miami-Dade Police Department. Only because the author got sick at the airport were the police alerted to his presence.
