Mango (Mangifera indica L.) is one of the oldest and choicest tropical fruits of the world and is rightly designated as 'King of fruits' in the tropical world, which is being grown in more than 100 countries of the world. Its delicious taste, unique flavor with high nutritive value has made it equally popular across the globe.India is the largest mango producer and consumer.Mango is the leading fruit crop of Gujarat and Saurashtra region. Major mango growing pockets are Valsad and in Saurashtra are Talala (Gir) and Vanthali of Junagadh district, Dhari of Amreli district and Mahuva of Bhavanagar district. In the Saurashtra gegion of gujarat, farmers are majorly cultivate Kesar variety of mango and they are facing problems of alternate flowering and late flowering in mango. The purpose of this research study is that how to farmers overcome their problems in mango cultivation.
