Saint Catherine Of Siena - Study In The Religion, Literature And History Of The Fourteenth Century In Italy. .The work is a solid,if slightly dated, piece based on a wide ranging knowledge of the period combined with an exstensive and sensitive use of primary sources. Gardner’s primary focus is historical and political, with an emphasis on Catherine’s role in the Great Schism. There is also a chapter devoted to her literary productions. Modern writers could pick up some pointers in style from Gardner.Hitherto unpublished letters of hers in Italian are appended. All in all, still of value to the modern reader. Many of the earliest books, particularly those dating back to the 1900s and before, are now extremely scarce and increasingly expensive. Hesperides Press are republishing these classic works in affordable, high quality, modern editions, using the original text and artwork.

All songs were written with circles in the musical staff, and there are no stems or flags - only notes on the line - to keep it simple. This e-book was written with...
