Ho visto presidi delle scuole elementari alle prese con difficoltà in molte scuole. Queste difficoltà possono essere evitate seguendo alcune delle raccomandazioni che ho formulato, ispirandomi ai ricercatori che si sono concentrati sulla leadership scolastica. Questo studio è stato condotto per determinare come l’intelligenza emotiva viene percepita dai presidi delle scuole elementari e come influisce sulla loro leadership. Questo studio ha affrontato la percezione dell’intelligenza emotiva da parte dei presidi delle scuole elementari e la sua influenza sulla loro leadership. Lo studio ha raccolto dati attraverso interviste faccia a faccia e sondaggi. L’analisi dei dati ha indicato che l’intelligenza emotiva, indicata con la sigla E.I., ha una forte influenza sulla leadership dei presidi, indipendentemente dall’età, dal sesso e dagli anni di esperienza.
