Os Resíduos da Construção Civil correspondem à aproximadamente 45% dos resíduos sólidos produzidos diariamente no município de Tupã-SP. Estes são constituídos por pedras, areias, concretos, madeiras, cerâmicas, tijolos, telhas, tintas, ou seja, materiais provenientes da construção civil, da reforma e da demolição. A disposição irregular dos RCC’s nos municípios brasileiros causa a estes sérios impactos ambientais, então, verifica-se a necessidade de se estudar formas de minimizar estes impactos causados pelo descarte incorreto. Nesta perspectiva, este trabalho propõe-se a realizar um levantamento bibliográfico sobre o Gerenciamento dos Resíduos da Construção Civil no município de Tupã-SP. Foram consultados os arquivos dos órgãos da Administração Municipal que fazem a gestão dos resíduos de construções e demolições, RCD, pesquisada a legislação municipal pertinente, a forma de gestão desses resíduos, a Lei Estadual 12.300/2006 que institui a Política Estadual de Resíduos Sólidos e a Resolução CONAMA 307/2002, bem como os elos da cadeia produtiva e destinação final desses resíduos.
