The importance of the date palm in Mesopotamia and the world because of its economic and nutritional value is very importance to humans and uses in many areas of life. One of the problems facing agricultural expansion in date palm cultivation and production is the very large genetic and environmental differences, which makes it difficult to distinguish between different varieties in the early stages. Therefore, many genetic indicators have been used by researchers to achieve this goal. In order to preserve the important species, the purpose of discrimination between the species and estimated finger printing. As well as to reveals the similarity between cultivars belong to the same variety, also results show the genetic relationship between species of different date palm using different DNA marker. Phylogenetic tree also down for all those species to find out the germoplasm among them.
