Este livro é a triste realidade das condições deploráveis em que os estudantes chadianos estudam nas universidades e institutos públicos. Um país como o Chade, com toda a sua riqueza, um país produtor de petróleo, cujas universidades formam mais de 30.000 licenciados por ano, é sacrificado a interesses egoístas. Não sabem o que vieram fazer, tudo o que sabem é ir à Internet e descarregar o curso e voltar e fazer com que os alunos o copiem sem explicação. Para os professores, é o costume. Colocam os seus cursos em apostilas para que os alunos os possam comprar. Os professores comportam-se como rivais dos alunos por causa das jovens alunas, e os directores do departamento central de ensino e exames não fazem outra coisa senão ganhar dinheiro com as mãos dos alunos que terminaram as suas licenças, especialmente na Universidade de Moundou.
