This book is the sad reality of the deplorable conditions under which Chadian students study in public universities and institutes. A country like Chad, with all its wealth, an oil-producing country whose universities train over 30,000 graduates a year, is sacrificed to selfish interests. They don’t know what they’ve come to do, all they know is to go on the Internet, download the course and come back to copy the students without explanation. It’s business as usual for teachers. They put their courses on handouts so that students can buy them. The teachers behave like rivals to the students because of the young female students, and the heads of the central schooling and examinations departments do nothing but make money off the hands of students who have finished with their licenses, especially at the University of Moundou.
