The relevance of ecological engineering of technosphere waste as the core of the National Ecological School is conditioned by the necessity of transition from the training of engineers-exploiters to the formation of engineer-creators capable of designing the technosphere in symbiosis with the biosphere. A three-level model of NES is proposed. The result is a portrait of the engineer-creator - a professional who owns recycling technologies and is able to design closed technological systems. NES is a strategic direction for ensuring environmental sovereignty, allowing to train architects of the new technosphere, for whom waste is a resource and professional duty is to create a sustainable future.
