Das strategische Ziel der belarussischen Regionalpolitik besteht darin, jede Region umfassend zu entwickeln und bestehende regionale Ungleichheiten zu verringern, wobei die effektive Nutzung ihres Ressourcenpotenzials und ihrer Wettbewerbsvorteile berücksichtigt wird, um einen hohen Lebensstandard für die Bevölkerung, den Schutz der Natur und einen positiven Beitrag der Regionen zur nationalen Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Sicherheit zu gewährleisten. Im Rahmen der zweiten Phase der Nationalen Strategie für eine nachhaltige sozioökonomische Entwicklung der Republik Belarus bis 2030 unternehmen die Regionen viele konkrete Schritte, um sozioökonomische und ökologische Probleme zu lösen, Subventionen abzubauen und einen hohen Lebensstandard für die Bevölkerung zu gewährleisten. Insbesondere ist die Umsetzung von rund 80 innovativen Projekten zur Schaffung von Hightech-Industrien geplant. Zu den Prioritäten gehört die Entwicklung von sechs 'Zukunftsprojekten', die auf neue Produktionsverfahren, Technologien und Güter ausgerichtet sind, die den globalen Trends entsprechen. Wie werden all diese Herausforderungen unter Nutzung des Potenzials und der Möglichkeiten der internationalen Zusammenarbeit angegangen? Dies ist das Thema der vorgeschlagenen Studie.
