Il presente lavoro è uno studio sperimentale sulla 'Relazione tra conoscenza morfo-sintattica esplicita e implicita negli studenti Daf: un’indagine sull’uso della congruenza soggetto-verbo'. Questo studio analizza se gli apprendenti di tedesco come lingua straniera utilizzano le loro conoscenze linguistiche esplicite nei casi in cui è previsto che le utilizzino. Lo studio si concentra su tre domande principali. Per trovare una risposta a queste domande, 42 studenti di livello 3 del Dipartimento di tedesco dell’Università di Yaoundé I hanno sostenuto due diversi test: uno per valutare le loro conoscenze esplicite e un altro per verificare la loro capacità di utilizzare le loro conoscenze esplicite sulla congruenza soggetto-verbo. I risultati delle analisi sembrano essere parzialmente coerenti con le ipotesi formulate all’inizio dello studio. Inoltre, non mostrano alcuna correlazione tra la conoscenza esplicita e implicita della congruenza soggetto-verbo in questi studenti.
