Investigação intitulada Atitude dos estudantes do ensino secundário superior face às competências para a vida. Atitudes em relação às competências para a vida e às suas aspirações educativas e profissionais no contexto dos estudantes do ensino secundário superior. Com o objetivo de compreender como as atitudes em relação às competências para a vida. As aptidões para a vida são um conjunto de capacidades, atitudes e competências socio-emocionais que permitem aos indivíduos aprender, tomar decisões informadas, exercer os seus direitos para levarem uma vida saudável e produtiva e, subsequentemente, tornarem-se agentes de mudança. Para o presente estudo, o investigador selecionou 260 estudantes do ensino secundário superior no distrito de Vellore, em Tamilnadu, através do método de amostragem aleatória. Foram analisadas variáveis como o género, a localidade da escola, o tipo de gestão, as qualificações dos pais e a ocupação dos pais. O estudo utilizou a Escala de Atitudes de N.S. Chauhan e Saroj Aurora, Meerut. A escala de avaliação das competências para a vida (2014) do Dr. R. Subashree e do Dr. A. Radhakrishnan Nair foi adoptada no presente estudo. Os resultados do estudo implicam que existe uma relação significativa entre a atitude e as competências para a vida dos estudantes do ensino secundário superior.
