The socioeconomic potential, statehood history, national religious values, and global experience were all taken into consideration when developing the Uzbek model of economic development. Based on the well-known five principles-the primacy of the market economy over politics, the state’s central role in reform, the rule of law, robust social policy, and a gradual shift to a market economy-this model emerged as a dependable basis for all practical work and a catalyst for progress.
