In Book 2 of the Warrior WIthin Series we look at core subjects to help survivors of childhood abuse along their healing journey. These are Emotional Intelligence, The Inner Child and How to Set Boundaries. In Book 2 we use interctive excercises so that you not only learn about these areas of healing but also get you to reflect about yyourslef so that you can put the learnings into practice in your own healing journey. Identifying and improving our level of emotional intelligence allows us to better navigate relationships whether they be old toxic traumatising relationships or building new friendships. This book contains excerxises that will help you better understand yourself and those around you. The Inner Child. - Many survivors of childhood abuse quite often feel the need to protect, tend to or sometimes parent the child that they once were or lost in their childhood. By learning how to contact your inner child and healing those unaddressed issues can be powerful in healing How to Set Boundaries. Survivors - especially those who are still in contact with their abusers - often are re traumatised because people step on their boundaries or they just dont know how to enfore them. In Book 2 you are shown tips and excercises to help identify what your boundaries and values are and how to enforce them to safeguard yourself.
