Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) ist ein technologiegestützter Lernprozess. MOOCs sind kostengünstige oder kostenlose Online-Kurse, die für jedermann auf der ganzen Welt verfügbar sind. Im Laufe der Jahre haben wir gesehen, dass die Informationstechnologie einer der wichtigsten Treiber für die Verbreitung von Bildung auf der ganzen Welt ist. Die Idee für MOOC entstand mit dem MIT Open Course Ware-Projekt. Es wurde jedoch festgestellt, dass es auch im Rahmen der offenen Bildungsressource zahlreiche Dinge gibt, die online verfügbar sind.Indien nutzt für den Personentransport auf kurzen und mittleren Distanzen vor allem Busse. Busse haben einen deutlichen Vorteil gegenüber anderen Transportmitteln aufgrund ihrer Anpassungsfähigkeit und der Erreichbarkeit mehrerer Dörfer und Städte, die 90 % aller Passagierbewegungen auf Straßen, insbesondere Bussen, ausmachen. In Kerala bieten sowohl der öffentliche als auch der private Sektor (über Kerala State Road Transport KSRTC) Straßentransportdienste an. KSRTC hat ein Monopol auf das regionale öffentliche Verkehrssystem.
