Motiviert durch die Art und Weise, wie die Menschen Berechnungen durchführen, haben wir uns für das Thema 'Usage of Basic Arithmetic Operations (Subtraction, Addition, Division and Multiplication)' entschieden, um die Verfahren zu überprüfen, die angewandt werden, um das Ergebnis zu ermitteln. Um dies zu erreichen, haben wir als Untersuchungsraum das Gebiet von Kabinda ausgewählt, genauer gesagt die Stadt Kabinda, Hauptort der Provinz Lomami/DRK, in einem Zeitraum von 2020 bis 2021, mit einer genau definierten Studienpopulation, die ausschließlich aus Studierenden besteht, die den Studiengang Informatik an den bestehenden Einrichtungen verfolgen.Unsere Beobachtungen zu den Antworten unserer Studienpopulation lassen uns zu dem Schluss kommen, dass die meisten Menschen die Berechnungen falsch durchführen, was bedeutet, dass sie die Rechenregeln nicht beachten und dass ein arithmetischer Ausdruck nur ein einziges wahres Ergebnis liefern kann. Somit bestätigen wir unsere Annahmen.
