Urbaine and Insane is a pulp that gives writers the opportunity to express themselves in a loose format that is about the writing, and not the 'genre'. Any format is acceptable from flash fiction, essays, poetry, short stories, chapters of novels etc. The subject matter is anything that pertains to the urban environment and how it makes us feel, how it threatens us, abuses us or sets us free. It's all about the struggle, the everyday adventures that we get up to so we can continue to another day, so we can grow, find enlightenment, freedom, and fun. Urbaine & Insane is about expression.
