Die vorliegende Forschungsarbeit entspricht einem quantitativen Ansatz, da jede Phase der nächsten vorausgeht und wir keine Schritte überspringen oder vermeiden können, obwohl wir sicherlich eine Phase definieren können, daher ist sie sequentiell und beweiskräftig. Ebenso wurde ein Vergleich der Herausforderungen und Schwierigkeiten bei der Umsetzung der Lehrplanautonomie (der Clubs) zwischen der Allgemeinen Sekundarschule 'José Joaquín Fernández de Lizardi' in La Magdalena Tlaltelulco und der Technischen Sekundarschule Nr. 51 in Tlacomulco angestellt.Zu diesem Zweck wurde der Gegenstand der Studie eingegrenzt, einschließlich der Problemstellung, der Begründung, der Ziele und der Forschungsfragen. Anschließend wird die theoretische Grundlage behandelt, zu der auch der historische Hintergrund gehört, in dem die Entstehung und Entwicklung der Sekundarschulbildung im internationalen, nationalen und regionalen Kontext erwähnt wird.
