What is self-mastery? It is the ability to be led from within, from the soul. Self-mastery requires that we live with virtue. That is not something that is easy to do, and requires a proactive intent to achieve. However, it is possible and is something worth pursuing. This book condenses my thirty years of experience trying to achieve self-mastery. It includes steps that you can follow to improve your self-mastery. I consider it a guide because I explain how it is achieved. The starting point is knowing yourself. After that, you have to marginalize your ego. Then you have to allow your soul to lead you. This book can help you with all three steps. This is the most important book I have written. It has the potential to change lives in a very positive manner. Self-mastery is perhaps the most important thing anyone can achieve in this lifetime. It’s a Ph.D. in spirituality.
