His mission is crystal clear: Develop Extraordinary Winners.Jayson Wells grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and never dreamed he would play professionally in twelve different countries after playing basketball at Indiana State University and earning a degree in Sport Management. In 2011, Jayson retired from playing basketball and shifted his focus to teaching the game he loves. Determined to reach more youth globally, Jayson founded the Shooting Starz Academy, a youth development organization that provides character building in addition to athletic training.
