The Stuff Of Dreams is a novel written by Edith Sessions Tupper and first published in 1908. The story follows the life of a young girl named Gwethalyn, who is born into a wealthy family but is orphaned at an early age. Gwethalyn is sent to live with her aunt, who is strict and unaffectionate towards her. Despite this, Gwethalyn remains optimistic and dreams of a better life. As she grows older, Gwethalyn falls in love with a young man named Richard, but their relationship is complicated by the fact that Richard is engaged to another woman. Gwethalyn’s dreams of a happy future with Richard are further shattered when he is accused of a crime he did not commit and is sent to prison. Throughout the novel, Gwethalyn remains determined to overcome the obstacles in her life and achieve her dreams. She befriends a group of artists and writers who help her to discover her own creative talents, and she eventually becomes a successful writer herself. The Stuff Of Dreams is a story of perseverance, hope, and the power of imagination to transform one’s life. It is a timeless tale that will inspire readers of all ages to pursue their own dreams and never give up on what they truly want in life. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. The collection arcs from, at one extreme, the parsimonies of the household, to the transce...

The very title of Edward V. Bonner's first volume of poetry, One Kiss (Ingram, 2015), suggests some ways in which the poems inside balance the universal with the particular. Most of the poems examine the themes of beauty and risk, pleasure and danger, in the context of one of three kinds of relationships: to romantic partners, to the spiritual world, and to the world of nature....
