I first dealt with the legal status of the latter, and then his administrative role in this procedure which is characterised by the control of the organs of the procedure, as well as his intervention in the operations of the procedure. Finally, I have dealt with the jurisdictional role of the bankruptcy judge in two parts to be discovered.
