This evidence-based study examines the Magistrates and District Authorities in Austria - which are responsible for rising inequality, poverty and lack of health insurance in the Republic of Austria.Being shielded by the two primary political parties in the country - the far-right ÖVP Party and the backward SPÖ Party - the District Authorities and Magistrates in Austria have the power to cut and cancel basic health insurance and basic income at their digression; jointly in collaboration with the Austrian Public Employment Service (AMS) - by propagating bureaucratic despotism, authoritarianism and blatant lack of empathy. It should also be noted that Austria has fallen back seven places on the Social Progress Index (SPI); inequality and social discrimination of people increasing in Austria dramatically - the district authorities and magistrates being willing and guilty collaborators in perpetrating inequality, injustice and human rights violations. The study also indicates that neo-Nazi activities are still a big problem in Austria - the FPÖ, the ÖVP and even the SPÖ Party being responsible for neo-Nazi activities in the country.Hence it’s imperative that a denazification is implemented in Austria.Furthermore, Magistrates and District Authorities in Austria - in particular in Vienna and Neunkirchen (NÖ) - are responsible for the facilitation of Neo-Nazi activities; by propagating bureaucratic despotism, authoritarianism and unquestioning loyalty to figures in authority - which were also the evil trademarks of the Nazi Party in Austria during the Third Reich, and the reason why Nazism festered in Austria in the first place. It must also be emphasized, that even amid the COVID‑19 pandemic, the Magistrates and District Authorities in Austria are responsible of depriving people from vitally important basic health insurance; and are therefore responsible of escalating the Corona Crisis. In particular the SPÖ and ÖVP Party are responsible for rising inequality and lack of health insurance in the Republic of Austria; especially politicians of the Wiener Gemeinderat und Landtag - Mr Thomas Reindl, Mr Michael Ludwig and Mr Ernst Woller from the SPÖ Party.Hence it’s imperative that politicians and lawmakers implement a Basic Income Guarantee (BIG) in the Republic of Austria. The COVID-19 pandemic made it very clear how important it is that basic health insurance and a basic income must finally be guaranteed for everybody in the International Community.
