Although there are people who try to deconstruct the therapeutic character of Marijuana, its use in the treatment of diseases is nothing new, both in Brazil and in the world. In this sense, it is unequivocal that the use of marijuana for therapeutic purposes, with responsibility, monitoring by a specific professional and State supervision, can promote quality of life for people, social well-being and social peace.
