This Journal is a personal account of a transformational journey through cancer, revealing how there is much we can do ourselves to support the wonderful treatment offered by our Health System. The account proves how we are so much more than simply flesh and blood, and how the emotional, mental and energetic aspects of being human are just as much a part of us and equally important as our physical bodies.
