The African diplomacy in XXI century

This book takes an analytical approach to African diplomacy in the 21st century, with Angola as the main subject of study. It focuses on Angolan diplomacy in the context of South-South cooperation, examining Angolan bilateralism versus multilateralism, and highlights the country’s diplomatic process from 1975 to the present day. The book also emphasizes Angola’s main partners and allies, both within Africa and globally, as well as its role in the organizations that it is a member of, with particular emphasis on its position in the international community.Finally, the book offers an academic vision of Angola’s diplomatic future, presenting strategies to enhance its functionality. It highlights the need to decentralize diplomatic power from Luanda, the country’s capital city, enabling other cities with economic potential to engage in diplomatic activities, especially with neighboring countries.
