The Adventure Of The Wooden Horse And Sancho Panzas Governorship is a novel written by Miguel De Cervantes in 1897. It is a part of the Don Quixote series and follows the adventures of the titular character, Sancho Panza, as he becomes the governor of a small island. The story begins with Don Quixote and Sancho Panza setting out on another adventure, this time to a nearby city where they encounter a group of people who are constructing a giant wooden horse. The group tells Don Quixote that the horse is a gift for the king, but he becomes convinced that it is a magical creature and insists on riding it. Sancho Panza, meanwhile, is appointed the governor of a nearby island and must navigate the challenges of leading a community. The story is filled with humor, adventure, and satire, and is a classic example of Cervantes’ masterful storytelling. With Introduction, Life And Notes. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
