L’objectif de ce livre est de donner aux étudiants de Master,de domaines de compétences multiples (économie, sciences de l’ingénieur, sciences du vivant) des techniques de contrôle et d’optimisation pour la gestion des ressources naturelles. Au cours des dernières décennies, une part importante des activités d’enseignement et de recherche en mathématique s’est focalisée sur le problème de gestion des ressources renouvelables, notamment la gestion de stock de poisson. Ce domaine a été plus concerné par la théorie du contrôle et d’optimisation, puisqu’il mettait en cause d’assurer un développement durable de la ressource. Ce livre est basée sur deux axes fondamentaux en théorie du contrôle et d’optimisation . Le premier problème abordé concerne l’étude de la stabilité et de la stabilisation d’un modèle de population de poissons. Le second traite une méthode de construction d’observateurs d’états pour ce bio système. les techniques présentés dans ce livre constituent une plate forme pour l’élaboration d’une politique de gestion de stock de poisson.
