Questo libro si propone di presentare una simulazione numerica dell’effetto delle radiazioni elettromagnetiche sul tessuto cardiaco umano e di esplorare l’effetto di diverse frequenze dello spettro elettromagnetico (900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2400 MHz) sul tasso di assorbimento specifico (SAR), sulla densità di potenza e sulla distribuzione dei campi elettromagnetici mediante il programma Matlab e il metodo FDTD (Finite-Difference Time-Domain) in 1D. Abbiamo scoperto che il tessuto cardiaco reagisce maggiormente a 900 MHz rispetto a 1800 MHz e 2400 MHz e che l’assorbimento del tessuto è maggiore alla frequenza più bassa. Inoltre, è stata discussa un’analisi matematica delle equazioni di riscaldamento della radiazione elettromagnetica in un modello monodimensionale a uno strato, calcolando numericamente l’equazione di trasferimento transitorio del calore biologico e le equazioni di Maxwell utilizzando il metodo delle differenze finite per prevedere gli effetti delle proprietà termofisiche sulla temperatura transitoria del tessuto cardiaco umano. sono stati considerati gli effetti di vari parametri sull’aumento della temperatura nel tessuto cardiaco umano, come il campo elettrico, il campo magnetico, gli spessori e la conducibilità termica del tessuto cardiaco. Abbiamo scoperto che la frequenza che influisce maggiormente sul tessuto è quella di 900 MHz.
