Do you struggle to get yourself moving in the morning where it matters the most? Do you know that you really need to figure out how to find that spark that keeps you motivated, but you find that it is an impossibility? If so, then keep reading... This book is for you! When it comes right down to it, self-discipline is difficult to keep up with. It can be difficult to ensure that, at the end of the day, you must be able to better process the way in which you are able to deal with yourself. It is tough to stay on track when you lack motivation, do not want to do what you are doing, or you do not care to be involved in what must be done. However, at the end of the day, we all have to do things that we would rather avoid. We all have to get up, do what is necessary to get through our day, and survive. We all have to find the willpower to do what we would rather avoid. Some people struggle with this greatly. They flounder through life, unable to keep themselves motivated. Others,  however, develop the ability to do what actually matters to them. They learn how they can better cope with their lack of motivation and ensure that they do, in fact, manage to deal with their problems head on. They are able to do that through the use of self-discipline.Self-discipline is that ability to deal with things that you would rather avoid. It is the ability to push off gratification, knowing that the delayed gratification will always be better than instant. It is incredibly difficult to get past that when our very minds are driven to keep us seeking pleasure, but at the end of the day, we are better served by being able to better cope with these problems by being able to resist it. This book is here to teach you  how you can become self-disciplined. It is here to teach you how you need to behave in order to avoid problems in the future. Within these pages, you will find: 3
