Throughout the evolution of the human species there have been individuals who sought to see into the future. Some of their prognostications were believed and others were not. By the time Nostradamus came on the scene the known world had entered into the dark ages of controlling religions, political upheavals and constant warring factions. Michel de Nostradamus often wondered why people didn’t do something to change the future when they became aware of possible devastating outcomes to current events - until he came across a very strange visitor from another solar system, Kobayashi Beau. This man, a human descendant of the fugitives from a dying Earth well beyond the time of Nostradamus had no idea he would become a pawn in the mechanisations of fate when he was first deposited into the seer’s attic room of mysteries by the forces of cosmic dark energy. And yet there he met another man, Kobayashi Bela a contemporary of Nostradamus’.These two became collaborators in an effort to save another civilisation, a branch of the human species living on Keppler 22b well beyond Beau’s lifetime. He and Bela found themselves involved in a battle to save these people from the rule of AI robots whose programing logic had become so convoluted that the only result for the people they ruled over would be comprehensive genocide.None of the three men could have foreseen a life path for themselves that involved such a spectacular divergence from their normal life trajectory. Nor could they have ever imagined being transported through time and space by forces that even today remain a mystery. Of the three individuals Beau’s life became the most complicated and not just on his home planet, Proxima-b. He could have had a full life back on Earth in the 16th century, or even start a new one in the 26th century. But that’s not what happened.
