En utilisant la méthode des pseudopotentiels avec l’approximation du cristal virtuel amélioré, les énergies des gaps, les masses effectives des électrons et des trous et les constantes diélectriques du GaxIn1-xSb ont été déterminées. Ces paramètres sont d’abord utilisés pour la détermination des fréquences phononiques des modes optiques longitudinal et transverse, ensuite pour la détermination des propriétés polaroniques. A cet effet, le paramètre de couplage de Fröhlich, la température de Debye et la masse effective du polaron ont été calculés et leur dépendance de la concentration de gallium examinée. Nos résultats sur les propriétés phononiques et polaroniques sont des prédictions et peuvent servir de référence.
