Ce livre propose le contraire; il propose au dirigeant ou au futur dirigeant d’un pays de mieux apprécier sa puissance, et de jouir de la règle de droit pour pouvoir subodorer son pouvoir. Les plus belles politiques mises en place ne visent pas toujours le peuple, mais ceux qui y croient. La résilience-durable du pouvoir permet donc de juguler un ensemble de paramètres parfois éparses, qui jouent des rôles catalyseurs ou inhibiteurs dans la gestion et la consolidation d’un pouvoir. La puissance d’un Etat sera donc fonction de l’activation de ces paramètres par le détenteur du pouvoir, et la rétribution de ces paramètres dans le temps garantira la pérennisation de son règne. C’est la raison pour laquelle il y a de bons et de piètres hommes politiques.
