As the name suggests, this is a book of Political and Scientific Articles. It is relevant, as it concerns the Revolutionary motion that is taking place in North America, as well as around the world. The capitalists have to be overthrown, the existing state apparatus, which has been set up by the capitalists, in order to crush the working class has to be smashed. After the Socialist Revolution, a new working class state apparatus has to be established, in the form of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat. That is necessary, in order to crush the resistance of the capitalists, as they make every effort to return to power.
