Petey

Petey’s owners are going out for the afternoon leaving him at home. Poor Petey? Not so much. Petey has come into possession of one of his owner’s cell phones. He makes a few phone calls and soon enough a group of his friends show up. Petey has scheduled a number of play activities interspersed with typical dog behaviors--chasing a bouncing ball, destroying cardboard boxes, eating smelly disgusting things, sleeping in incredibly uncomfortable positions, etc. Any dog owner/lover will easily relate to the humorous illustrations. When his owners return they are none the wiser at all the activities that have taken place. This is a picture book that will appeal to all ages.
