Peach Pits, sequel to Applecores, continues the adventures of Meagan and Katherine. Leaving Nebraska at the start of the Civil War, the book follows as they, along with husband Sir, attempt to find a peaceful place to live.Or as peaceful as life with the two women can be. Meagan, always trying to live life in true Amish style, discovers being homeless doesn’t rein in Katherine’s emotional outbursts or enjoyment of a good fight.
