Patty Lurie's pilgrimage in 2011 from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port to Santiago de Compostela culminated in this day-by-day chronicle of color-filled oil paintings. Included in the book are invaluable profile maps and an introduction by the author. Patty is a painter, writer (Guide to Impressionist Paris and Guide to Impressionist Landscape), astrologer, tarot card reader and caviste at La Derniere Goutte wine shop. She was born in LA, studied at UC Berkley and has a MFA from Claremont Graduate Universtity. She now lives in Paris.
