In the Guéra province of south-central Chad, climate resilience has been the focus of programs and projects supported by development organizations for over a decade, with the aim of improving local capacity to respond to the negative effects of climate change and reduce the vulnerability of populations and their livelihoods. This study, which falls within the scope of the research, has enabled us to describe the strategies and techniques deployed, and to analyze whether or not they have been taken on board locally, a prerequisite for their continuity and sustainability.
