O livro surgiu de um questionamento durante a pandemia COVID-19.Em nossa vida pessoal, quando vivenciamos um evento de alto impacto, como uma doença ou um acidente grave, mudamos nossa visão da vida.Mudamos nossos hábitos e comportamento, passamos a dar valor ao que realmente importa: saúde física e mental, afeto, família e amigos, ou seja, aumenta a humanização.Quando ocorre um evento de alto impacto coletivo, como a pandemia, tem o mesmo efeito? Ou seja, as pessoas também afloram sua humanidade? Este foi o primeiro questionamento e a partir dele vieram outros.Se há um aumento de humanização, por que isso acontece?O que ocorre em nosso cérebro para que tenhamos esta mudança de comportamento?E por fim, essa mudança comportamental como afeta o mundo corporativo?O que as empresas precisariam fazer para atender este novo comportamento, caso ele ocorra?Ao não encontrar resposta Marcio decidiu construí-la.Embora já não vivamos em um mundo linear, para projetar o futuro, continua sendo importante analisar o passado.Então foram selecionados três eventos de alto impacto: a gripe espanhola, a Segunda Guerra Mundial e o atentado terrorista de 11 de setembro.Para analisar estes eventos com máximo critério convidei grandes especialistas para me ajudar na elaboração do livro.Marcio mapeou o que aconteceu após este tipo de eventos, o porquê isso acontece e com todo este material, trouxe este conhecimento ao cenário atual.Para ser capaz de projetar o futuro, considerou as variáveis que não existiam nos eventos analisados, como exponencialidade, liderança humanizada, ESG.Contou com Mauro Wainstock para falar sobre organizações multigeracionais, e com Eduardo Rabboni, sobre tecnologias habilitadoras, e conclui com sua visão Tecno-Humanista com oO que vai acontecer após o ano que não aconteceu , qual o impacto para as empresas e, principalmente, o que precisaria prestar atenção para atender esta nova realidade.
