The RC-MRCBFs were used with a V braced frame. The base shear contribution in the moment-resisting frame (column) and braced frame were considered such as columns resist 25%, 50%, and 75% base shear in the braced RC frame systems. The core objective of this examination is to understand the earthquake behavior of the RC-MRCBFs in steel V-braced frames. The study also investigates the overstrength factor and ductility reduction factors, failure mapping, and collapse mechanism, and understands the seismic behavior by the study of the capacity curve, maximum top story displacements, and ISD of the buildings. Nonlinear time history analysis (THA) was also used for further verification of the 12 models. In the nonlinear dynamic analysis, different seven earthquake motions were used to understand the nonlinear actual seismic behaviors of the structures. The study focused on the overstrength, R factor, and ductility of the steel-braced RC frame. This paper also focused on papers related to the design of RC building with steel braced and maintaining the basic philosophy of strong columns weak beams and weaker bracing have been observed.
