Дерматологические проявления при хронических воспалительных заболеваниях кишечника (ХВЗК) часты и полиморфны. Во многих случаях они могут проявляться болезнью Крона или геморрагическим ректоколитом. Различают дерматологические состояния, прямо или косвенно связанные с IBD. Специфические дерматозы определяются наличием гигантоклеточной гранулемы без некроза-казеинов с прилежащими очагами и метастатическими поражениями. Наиболее распространенными реактивными дерматозами являются узловатая эритема, афтоз полости рта и гангренозная пиодермия. МБД может сопровождаться дефицитными дерматозами, наиболее распространенными из которых являются дефицит железа и цинка. Дерматологические заболевания, связанные с применением препаратов, показанных для лечения ИБС, встречаются довольно часто. Все чаще сообщается о кожных высыпаниях при применении анти-TNFα, таких как реакции в месте инъекции, парадоксальные реакции и экзематиформные реакции. Поэтому для оптимизации ведения таких пациентов необходимо тесное сотрудничество между гастроэнтерологами и дерматологами.
