Актинобактерии, грамположительные микроорганизмы, обитающие в различных средах, известны как продуценты вторичных метаболитов и экзоферментов, обладающих биотехнологическим потенциалом. Ризобактерии, присутствующие в симбиозе с бобовыми, трансформируют атмосферный азот в аммиак, способствуя росту растений. В данном исследовании для изучения влияния актинобактерий на рост ризобий проводилась совместная инокуляция штаммов обеих групп бактерий, выделенных из северо-восточного полузасушливого региона. Десять штаммов актинобактерий и семь ризобактерий были отобраны, морфологически охарактеризованы и подвергнуты совместной инокуляции на культуральных средах. При оценке роста ризобактерий было выявлено положительное взаимодействие, предполагающее, что экзоферменты актинобактерий способствуют метаболизму сложных субстратов ризобактериями. Это перспективное взаимодействие может привести к разработке новых биоинокулянтов для стимулирования роста растений.
