Ziel der vorliegenden Studie ist es, die Freisetzung des Wirkstoffs in den Nanopartikeln mithilfe natürlicher Tenside (Sapindus trifoliatus Linn, Hibiscus rosasinensis, Basella Alba L. und Acacia concinna) zu verlängern, die den Wirkstoff über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg effektiv freisetzen können, wodurch nicht nur die systemischen Nebenwirkungen reduziert, sondern auch die therapeutische Wirksamkeit und die Compliance der Patienten verbessert werden. Die optimierten Formulierungen wurden hinsichtlich Partikelgröße, Form, Wirkstoffbeladungskapazität, Ausbeute in %, Viskosität der externen Phase, CDR in %, HPLC, SEM, FTIR, DSC-Spektren und Box-Behnken-Design untersucht.
