In dieser Arbeit wurde eine mikrostrukturelle Bewertung des Einflusses von Temperaturwechseln an drei in Brasilien hergestellten Stählen der Güte API5L X80 durchgeführt: Nb-Cr, Nb-Cr-Mo und Nb-Cr-Mo-V. Diese Stähle wurden in einem kontrollierten thermomechanischen Verfahren ohne anschließende beschleunigte Abkühlung hergestellt. Die mikrostrukturelle Charakterisierung wurde unter zwei Bedingungen durchgeführt: nach dem Walzen und Austenitisieren bei 900oC, gefolgt von drei (3) thermischen Zyklen: Abkühlung an Luft (1,5oC/s), in Öl (30oC/s) und in Wasser (115oC/s). Analysiert wurden Daten wie TG, Phasenverteilung: Ferrit, Bainit und AM, Härte und Mikrohärte, sowie die Prüfung auf Unterschiede im Gefüge: Subkörner, Zellen und feine Ausscheidungen.
