Growing up in this world can be cruel, and a child can, unfortunately, learn to walk over eggshells. They may feel manipulated or controlled by others. This can lead to a manifold of emotional-behavioral problems and ineffective coping styles that could manifest at home, school, and other situations, such as difficulty in trusting people, inflated self-esteem, and emotional outbursts. Staying away from people, excessively worrying about daily life events, and preferring to live in solitude can be some of the unproductive coping mechanisms. This can be problematic for a child, the parents, and all significant others as it will impair their academic performance, social relationships, and other important aspects of life. That is why I wrote this book on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This workbook is relatable as it is based on real-life scenarios, which makes the information both interest-provoking and thought-provoking. Through diverse activities, the contents are more accessible, especially to CBT beginners. This book is solely for children. It serves as a guide and an emotional and psychosocial toolbox full of empowering methods and strategies based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Cognitive Behavior Therapy identifies and manages 'culprits' based on logic and practical ways to put them where they belong. Ultimately this book will enable you to:Lit a lamp in chaos.Stand up for yourself so that you may flourish.Believe that you are 'The Master' of yourself.Manufacture and implement your own 'emotional balms.'
